I like cheese. I'm not crazy about it, but I do like it. Especially soft and sweet cheese.
Well, today I made cheese.
I didn't just make simple cheese, nope nope nope. I made spicy garlic soft cheese. And it was soooooo easy :).
It's a bit too spicy, but that's alright. I'll know better for next time.
